Angela works at FoodSavvy based in Lower Queen Street Health, Richmond, and also provides telehealth consultations via zoom or phone.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, including work across all departments at Wellington Hospital, she brings a solid medical foundation alongside practical, realistic nutrition support.

Angela's approach is trauma-informed, recognising that each person’s relationship with food is shaped by their unique experiences. She aims to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Angela has a particular interest in supporting people to improve their relationship with food, including those experiencing disordered eating and eating disorders.  Her focus is on working collaboratively to find strategies that fit within each person’s lifestyle, preferences, and values—helping to make food feel manageable and enjoyable again.
