My lived experience embodies me with an understanding of both trauma and recovery.

 

My priority is to create a safe, non-judgemental, calm space where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I partner with clients to develop strategies that honour their own needs and goals, by facilitating self-awareness, resilience, and growth.

 

My approach draws on a range of modalities, including Interactive Drawing Therapy, which is a gentle form of expression and reflection.

 

Together we will focus on navigating challenges, embracing strengths, and thriving in your own unique ways.
